Privacy notice

We keep what we collect deliberately small. This notice describes the limited personal data this site handles, why, and who processes it on our behalf.

Last updated July 8, 2026

Who we are

0pon, LLC ("0pon", "we") is a District of Columbia company based in Washington, DC. We are the controller for personal data collected through this website. Reach us at h0wdy@0pon.com.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, message, and inquiry type you provide.

Technical information. Like any website, our host records standard server logs, including your IP address. We also forward your IP to our own inquiry system solely to rate-limit submissions and prevent abuse.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use contact-form data only to read and respond to your inquiry and to take steps you request before any engagement. Under the GDPR, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you and in protecting the site from abuse, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to a contract.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking. Fonts are served from our own domain, so viewing the site does not send your IP address to a font provider.

Who processes your data

We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf:

  • VercelWebsite hosting and serverless functions. Processes standard request logs, including IP address, for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.
  • SupabaseStores contact-form submissions (name, email, message, inquiry type) as part of our inquiry pipeline.
  • SentryServer-side error monitoring. Receives diagnostic data on failures, with personal data scrubbed before transmission.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Consistent with our ephemeral-by-design posture, we retain contact data only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship, then delete it. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our host for security and diagnostics.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. Under the GDPR you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, and correct their information and to opt out of sale or sharing; as noted, we do not sell or share personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email h0wdy@0pon.com. We will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
