Recall, utilization, unscheduled work, and client portals: the recurring operations of any appointment-driven practice, integrated with the system of record you already run rather than replacing it. Read-only integration first: the system observes before it is ever allowed to write. Proving out in healthcare, built to travel.
Verified systems
Access control with machine-checked proofs.
For data where a policy document isn't enough: an access engine whose confidentiality properties are proven in a theorem prover, enforced by the same predicate the proof reasons about. Built in the open on standard parts: Cedar policies, PostgreSQL row-level security.
How we work
Three phases.
The commercial structure protects the client, not the vendor. Costs are fixed where they can be, gated where they can't, and visible everywhere.
Discovery
A short, gated first phase. We review your actual data and systems before migration and integration pricing is fixed, so the quote survives contact with reality.
Build
Fixed-fee, milestone-locked. Payments tie to demonstrated acceptance, not the calendar. You see the system on staging long before launch.
Run
A monthly retainer with a defined hours bucket carries the system after handover: monitoring, fixes, and small changes at a known cost.
